Evangelism Committee is working on conference's long-term evangelism plan. The first plan started in 1975 and lasted for 10 years. Now we are in the third 10-year long-term plan, which started in 1995 and will end up in 2004. The objectives of the third 10-year plan are as follows.

We have four church planting activities now. We will help them become four independent churches.
We will start six new church planting activities, driven by Japanese pastors and missionaries.
As a new type of activity, we will encourage local churches to start branch churches, with a help of funds from the conference. Our target is to start six branches.
Start new training activities to help local churches to grow.
By doing activities above, we would like to reach the target of 2200 members at the end of 2004. (40% up from 1560 members in 1995)
